Custom Your Padel (part of Bodegraven & Wilffert Enterprise) takes care to handle personal data responsibly. This statement explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.

This is an English translation of our Dutch privacy statement. In the event of any doubt, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Who is responsible?

Custom Your Padel is a trading name of Bodegraven & Wilffert Enterprise, based in the Netherlands. If you have any questions about your data, you can contact us at info@customyourpadel.nl.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect the data we need to provide our service:

When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, your design and the details of your order.
When you request a quote: company name, contact name, email address, telephone number, number of rackets, deadline and any notes you add.
When you contact us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address and the content of your message.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and how you use the website (only where you have consented to analytics cookies).

3. What do we use your data for?

To process and deliver your order or quote.
To contact you about your order or enquiry.
To send you an invoice and keep our business records.
To improve the website (using anonymised statistics).

4. Who do we share your data with?

We only share data with parties who help us provide our service and who are bound by a data processing agreement:

Supabase (hosted in the EU): storing orders and requests.
Resend: sending transactional emails.
Vercel: hosting the website.
Carriers (PostNL, DHL): delivery.
Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst): where the law requires this for our records.

We do not sell data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Order and invoice data: 7 years (the statutory retention period for tax purposes).
Contact form messages: up to 12 months.
Quote requests that are not followed up: up to 24 months.
Analytics data: up to 14 months, anonymised.

6. Cookies

This site uses functional cookies that it needs in order to work (for example, to remember your design). We only set analytics cookies once you have given your consent. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Have that data corrected or deleted.
Restrict the processing of your data or object to it.
Take your data with you (data portability).
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Security

We use verification, encryption in transit and at rest, access control by role and periodic reviews to protect your data against unauthorised access or loss.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy statement. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent change shown at the top.
