Full colour, weatherproof, UV-resistant. Our print is designed to withstand ball impact, sweat and sunlight. Guaranteed for normal, intensive use.

Yes. As standard we print both faces of the racket with the same design. Want two different designs, or a printed side? That's possible with Full Custom or on request.

With Basic we print the face only. The side stays plain black. With Full Custom we print both the face and the side with your design. Want a colour, text or logo running all the way around the racket? Then Full Custom is the one for you.

We use professional UV-resistant full-colour stickers with a protective top coat. With normal, intensive use (playing two or three times a week) the sticker stays put for years. We give a 12-month warranty against print defects and peeling under normal use.

For individuals: €79.99 for a blank racket, €99.99 for a printed face, €119.99 for face plus side, €200 for the Duo Deal (2 rackets). All prices include VAT. Companies get volume discounts from 5 rackets.

Yes. The designer shows a 3D preview of your design from every angle. Happy with it? Place your order and we start finishing straight away. Want something changed? Leave a note in the comments with your order.

Shipping costs are shown per country when you complete your order. Netherlands €6.95, Belgium and Luxembourg €9.95, Germany €12.95, France, Austria and Denmark €13.95, Spain, Italy and Ireland €16.95, rising to €24.95 for the most distant EU countries. The United Kingdom is €17.95.

No. In the designer you can choose from colours, text, patterns and your own uploads. You don't need a logo. A name, a date or a single word works just as well.

PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. SVG gives the best print quality. Minimum resolution for raster files: 300 DPI.

Yes. In the designer you can upload PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF files. For photos, aim for at least 300 DPI for a sharp result. A photo from your phone is usually fine, a screenshot or an image from a website usually isn't. If in doubt, send us the file and we'll check it first.

For business orders from 10 rackets, design support is included. For individuals, we're happy to help by email if you get stuck.

7 days of finishing in our workshop, then up to 3 days of shipping. So within 10 days of ordering, anywhere in Europe. For larger business orders, allow 7 to 14 days depending on the quantity.

All of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. You choose your country at checkout and see the shipping cost straight away. Outside the EU, import duties and VAT may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Yes. Enter the recipient's delivery address with your order and the racket goes straight to them. You design and order, we finish the racket and deliver it. They won't see the design until they unwrap it.

Allow up to 10 days from your order. So order well in advance, or get in touch if you're in a hurry. For rush orders we can sometimes deliver within 3 working days.

Keep it simple: a name, initials or a date that means something, in a neutral colour. That almost always works. Email us if you'd like some advice.

Yes. From 5 rackets the price per racket comes down. Exact prices are on our business page.

Yes. Team rackets with a team logo plus each player's name are a standard service, at no extra cost.

Yes. Every business order comes with a proper VAT invoice. For companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.

If the mistake is ours, we reprint at no cost. If the mistake was in the file you supplied, we'll look for the best solution together.

Because the racket is made to order for you, it is excluded from the usual right of withdrawal. If anything about your design needs changing, tell us in the comments before you order. If we spot anything unclear ourselves, we'll contact you before we start production.
