Can I upload my own logo?
Yes, as a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. The higher the resolution, the better. Our system automatically checks whether it's suitable.
When do I receive my racket?
7 days of finishing, then up to 3 days of shipping. So within 10 days of ordering, anywhere in Europe.
What if I'm not happy with the print?
If the mistake is ours, we reprint. Always. Our quality check means that rarely happens.
Can I add a protective cover?
Yes, for an extra €10 you can add a premium padel cover. It fits every racket and comes with a shoulder strap.
Do I pay upfront?
Yes, you pay when you complete your order. If anything about your design needs changing, tell us in the comments before you order.
Which countries do you ship to?
All of Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Shipping costs are shown per country at checkout. Outside the EU, import duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.
