Custom padel racket delivery across Europe: times and shipping costs

From placing your order to the courier at your door, a custom padel racket takes at most 10 days, anywhere in Europe: 7 days of finishing in our workshop in the Netherlands, then at most 3 days of shipping with DHL. Shipping is charged by country and shown at checkout. Below you will find the full timeline, the shipping cost for every country we deliver to, and what to expect outside the EU.

The timeline in detail

• Day 0: order placed. You finish your design in the designer, select your country at checkout and pay by card, iDEAL, Bancontact or another local method.
• Within 24 hours: design check. We check resolution, colours and positioning by hand. If anything looks off, we get in touch before we start. If everything is fine, you will not hear from us and the racket goes straight into production.
• Days 1 to 7: finishing. Printing, applying the print, the protective layer and a final check before the racket leaves the workshop.
• At most 3 days: shipping. DHL collects the parcel and you receive a tracking link by email.
• Delivery. DHL delivers to your door.

Shipping costs by country

We ship with DHL from the Netherlands. The cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout as soon as you select your country. The racket itself costs the same everywhere in Europe; only the shipping differs.

Ordering from outside the EU

The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are outside the EU customs union. You can order as normal, but import duties and local VAT may apply. DHL collects those from you on delivery; they are not included in our price or in the shipping cost above. Bear that in mind when you compare prices.

Tracking your parcel

Every racket ships with DHL. As soon as it leaves our workshop you receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.

Where time can be lost

Our part of the timeline is fixed: 7 days of finishing, then DHL. The only step that can add time is the design check. If a logo is too small to print sharply, or text runs off the edge of the face, we get in touch rather than guess. A quick reply keeps things moving. A sharp file to begin with (a vector logo, or a photo of at least 300 DPI) avoids the question altogether; see how the designer works for what to upload.

Faster than 7 days?

Finishing in under 7 days is by request only, not a standard service. If you need the racket for a fixed date, a birthday, a wedding or a tournament, tell us when you order and we will see what is possible. For a gift with a fixed date, order at least 10 days ahead.

Business orders

For larger quantities via our business page, allow 7 to 14 days after you approve the quote, depending on the number of rackets. Shipping to one address or several is arranged in the quote, and EU companies with a valid VAT number receive an invoice with the VAT reverse-charged.
