Custom padel racket price: 8 European makers compared

What does a custom padel racket cost in Europe? We compared eight makers that personalise padel rackets, ourselves included, on the price of one racket, the minimum order, what you can personalise, the lead time and where they ship. Every figure comes from the maker’s own website, checked on 22 September 2026. Where a site does not publish a figure, the table says so.

Prices include VAT unless the table says otherwise. Business specialists usually quote excluding VAT, so check which one applies.

Prices checked on 22 September 2026 on each maker’s own website. Prices, lead times and terms change, and the maker’s own site is always leading. “Not published” means we could not find the figure on the site that day, not that the maker does not offer it.

What drives the price of a personalised padel racket

Five things explain most of the gap between €90 and €350 for a personalised padel racket.

Carbon grade and build

The racket itself is the biggest variable. RAGE Custom lists one of its models from €108, and up to €357 with a graphene layer. Viborace charges €219 for a fibreglass racket with a one-colour front design and €299 for the same design on 18K carbon. Makers that let you choose weight, core and carbon grade charge for every step up.

We use one base racket for every order: a 3K carbon face, an EVA foam core, around 360 grams. That keeps the price fixed, but you cannot choose other playing specifications.

Design and setup fees

Some makers charge for the design work. Speedway Padel asks a £99 design fee for its design process. At Viborace the optional designer service adds €200 to the racket price. Padellabel includes a free design in its business offer. With us you design in the online designer at no cost, and we check every design within 24 hours before we start.

Minimum order

Makers that build rackets from scratch for companies usually start at six to ten pieces: 6 at Padellabel, 10 for the bulk offer at Viborace. The price per racket drops, but only if you need that many. For one racket as a gift you need a maker that sells single pieces.

VAT

Consumer prices in the EU include VAT. Business prices are often quoted excluding VAT, so €119 excluding VAT becomes €143.99 once 21% VAT is added. Compare like with like. Our consumer prices include VAT and our business tiers exclude it. EU companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number receive an invoice with the VAT reverse-charged.

Shipping and import duties

Shipping runs from free above a spending threshold to a fixed rate per country. Viborace and MakeYourPala advertise free shipping from €80, and Racketup offers shipping options at checkout. We charge by country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €13.95 to France, €16.95 to Ireland, Spain and Italy, €17.95 to the United Kingdom and €24.95 to Switzerland and Norway.

The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are outside the EU. Import duties and local VAT may apply there and are collected before delivery. With us DHL collects them, and they are not included in our price. RAGE Custom’s FAQ says customs may charge import VAT on certain UK and EU parcels, collected by DHL. Check this before you compare totals.

Three worked examples with our prices

Real prices from our price list, September 2026. Consumer prices include VAT, business prices exclude VAT.

1. One gift racket to the UK or Ireland

• Full Custom racket (face and side): €119.99.
• Shipping to the United Kingdom: €17.95, total €137.94. Import duties and UK VAT may be added by DHL on delivery.
• Shipping to Ireland: €16.95, total €136.94. No customs within the EU.
• Printed face only: €99.99 instead of €119.99. A premium protective case adds €10.
• Timing: 7 days of finishing, then at most 3 days of shipping. Order at least 10 days before the birthday.

2. A team of 12

From 10 rackets our business tier is €89 per racket excluding VAT. Twelve rackets cost €1,068 excluding VAT, with an individual name on every racket at no extra cost. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on the number, and shipping is confirmed in the quote.

3. 50 rackets for a company

At 50 rackets the price is €74 per racket excluding VAT: €3,700 excluding VAT for the order, names included. From 100 rackets we work with a quote. You request one in the designer (choose business) or on our business page.

Which maker fits which need

• One racket at a fixed price, within ten days: Custom Your Padel, from €99.99 with 7 days of finishing and up to 3 days of shipping. MakeYourPala lists €89.95 and makes and ships within 48 to 72 hours; check that it delivers to your country.
• You want to choose carbon grade, weight or core: RAGE Custom and Viborace list those options on their product pages, at a higher price per racket.
• A design on the side of a single racket: Viborace sells side options per racket. With us the side carries text or a logo in the Full Custom version. Racketup lists side design from 10 pieces.
• A UK maker with a design service: Speedway Padel works from your brief, with a £99 design fee and prices on request.
• A company order built from scratch, with time to spare: Padellabel (from 6 rackets, 6 to 8 weeks) or OPS Padel (usually 2 to 5 weeks, prices on request).
• A company order with a deadline: our business tiers from 5 rackets, delivered in 7 to 14 days.

What you get with us, and what you do not

Every racket starts as the same black base racket: 3K carbon face, EVA foam core, around 360 grams. In the designer you add a photo, logo, text and colours to the face, and with Full Custom text or a logo on the side. Uploads can be PNG, JPG or SVG. The design is applied as a full-colour print with a UV-resistant finish and a protective layer, in our workshop in the Netherlands. It is not printed into the material. You get a 12-month warranty on production faults.

What we do not offer is a choice of carbon grade, weight or shape. If playing specifications matter most, a brand racket or a maker with a build configurator fits better. The trade-offs are set out in custom padel racket vs brand racket.
