How to personalise a padel racket in 5 steps (from €99.99)

Personalising your padel racket is no longer a niche pursuit. More and more players want something of their own on court rather than turning up with the same standard model as everyone else. Step 1: Decide what you want to personalise

First, the question: what makes this racket yours? The options:

Just a name or initials. Simple, clean, and it always works. Especially handy if you regularly play with others and want to tell the rackets apart.

A logo. Your club, your company, an association you belong to, or a symbol that means something to you. Make sure you have a vector file (SVG or EPS) so the print comes out sharp.

A photo or illustration. Works well, provided the resolution is high enough (at least 300 DPI). A good option for a gift racket: a photo of the person you are giving it to, a cartoon, a family crest.

A completely original design. Blocks of colour, text and patterns, all combined. More work in the designer, but a result that is entirely your own.

Step 2: Design your racket in the designer

Our designer runs in your browser. No app to install, no account to create. Open the page, choose a base racket (white or black) and start designing.

You can:

• Add text. Choose the font, size, position and colour.
• Upload an image. Drag it into place and scale it to size.
• Add as many logos or photos as you like, on the face and on the side.
• Change colours. Pick from the palette or enter exact colour codes to match company colours.
• Browse examples. Our showcase has designs to draw inspiration from.
• Save your design and continue later. Useful if you want to run it past someone else first.

The 3D preview shows you straight away how your racket will look. What you see is what we make. Ordering is part of the same flow, with a secure checkout: credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact and other local payment methods via Mollie.

Step 3: We check your design

Once you have ordered, we check your design within 24 hours. What you create in the designer is what we finish, but before we start, our team looks it over by hand. We check:

• That all the colours match exactly what you intended.
• That there are no practical problems (text too close to the edge, a logo larger than the face, details too small to read).
• That the files you supplied are good enough to print.

If we spot something, we get in touch first and suggest a fix. Want to change something yourself? Let us know with your order. We work on it with you until it is right, at no extra cost.

If everything is fine, we get started straight away. That way you can be sure you will not end up with a racket that has something wrong on it.

Step 4: We finish the racket

The design then goes to our workshop in the Netherlands, where we apply it to the base racket as a full-colour print that is UV-resistant and weatherproof. With Full Custom we print the side as well, with your name or a colour accent, for example.

After the print comes a protective layer. The racket then gets a fresh grip, a wrist cord and a standard protective cover. A premium protective case is available for €10 extra.

Every racket is checked by a member of the team before it leaves the building. If something is not right, we do it again. The racket itself comes with a 12-month warranty.

Total finishing time: 7 days from your order.

Step 5: Receive your racket at home

Packed and shipped with DHL. At most 3 days after leaving the workshop, your racket is at your door, anywhere in Europe. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and depends on the country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €9.95 in Belgium, €12.95 in Germany, €13.95 in France, €16.95 in Spain and Italy and €17.95 in the United Kingdom. Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be good at design?

No. The designer is intuitive, and for many people it is the first time they have used anything like it. If you get stuck, email us your idea and we will help.

Can I use a photo?

Yes, as long as the resolution is at least 300 DPI. Photos from a phone are often good enough; screenshots usually are not.

Can I save the design and order later?

Yes. You can save a design without an account: use the share link and open it again later.

What if I want to change something afterwards?

As long as we have not started finishing, you can send us changes free of charge. Once production is under way, changes are no longer possible.
