Custom padel rackets with a logo for clubs and teams

A club padel racket is the same racket for every member or player, with the club logo on the face and, if you like, a different name on each one. Padel racket with logo: prices for clubs and teams

Club and team orders use the same fixed tiered prices as every business order. The price is per racket, excluding VAT, for a Full Custom racket: your design on the face and on the side. Each price applies from that quantity up to the next tier, so 12 rackets are charged at the price for 10.

Three worked examples:

• A squad of 12 players, each with their own name: 12 × €89 = €1,068.
• 25 welcome rackets for new members: 25 × €79 = €1,975.
• A member presale that closes at 60 orders: 60 × €74 = €4,440.

Individual names cost nothing extra at any tier.

VAT, shipping and payment

These prices exclude VAT. A club or company in another EU country with a valid VAT number receives an invoice with the VAT reverse charged. A club without a VAT number pays VAT on top. You pay on invoice, with a payment term of 14 or 30 days.

Shipping is by DHL and charged per country. For a single parcel that is €6.95 in the Netherlands, €12.95 to Germany, €13.95 to France, €16.95 to Ireland and €17.95 to Sweden. The United Kingdom is €17.95 as well, but it is outside the EU, so import duties and VAT there are for the recipient. The shipping cost for your order is in your quote.

Fewer than 5 rackets?

Tiered prices start at 5 rackets. For fewer, say three prizes for a final, you order in the same designer as a private customer, from 1 racket: €99.99 with a design on the face, €119.99 with face and side, including VAT and excluding shipping.

How does ordering club rackets work?

You design one example racket. What differs per racket, such as the names, goes into the quote request. The steps:

1. Design one example racket. Open the designer, choose “Company, club or event” and build one racket: club logo on the face, club colours, and a name or sponsor on the side. Allow 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Request a quote. Pick the nearest quantity and the occasion “Club rackets” or “Event or tournament”. Put the exact number, the list of names and your date in the comments, and add your VAT number if you have one.
3. Get the quote and the design check. You receive a firm quote with the final price within 4 hours. We check the design within 24 hours and only contact you if something needs attention, such as a logo at too low a resolution.
4. Accept the quote, and we finish the rackets. Once you accept the quote, we finish every racket in our workshop in the Netherlands: a full colour sticker with UV-resistant print and a protective layer.
5. Delivery. The rackets ship by DHL. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days, depending on quantity.

Work back from your date. For a tournament or the start of a season, request the quote at least three weeks ahead, so there is room for the design check and the delivery. Open the designer to start; you can save a design in your browser without an account.

Which logo file do you need?

• PNG, JPG or SVG. These are the formats the designer accepts, up to 15 MB per file.
• High resolution. Use the original file from whoever designed the logo. A screenshot or an image saved from a website or social media is usually too small and prints soft.
• A transparent background helps. Upload the file as a logo: on a plain background the designer makes the background transparent itself. A photo keeps its background.
• No PDF or EPS upload. If that is all the club has, put a PNG in the designer for the position and email the PDF or EPS to info@customyourpadel.nl with your quote reference.

Type one name in the designer as an example on one racket. Send the full list with the quote request and check the spelling first: each racket gets exactly what the list says.

Four ways clubs and teams use custom rackets

Welcome rackets for new members

A club racket as part of the membership: the club logo on the face and the new member’s name on the side. With a steady intake of members, ordering in batches of 10 or 25 keeps the price in a lower tier.

A club shop racket or a member presale

If you want to offer the club racket separately, a presale is a simple way to do it. Announce the racket with a screenshot of the 3D preview, collect orders and names for two or three weeks, and order in one go. The club sets its own price for members and receives one invoice. At 25 orders you pay €79 per racket excl. VAT, at 50 orders €74.

Prizes for tournaments and leagues

For the club championship, a league final or an internal ladder: a racket with the club logo on the face and a line such as “Club champion 2026” on the side. The side holds one line of up to 60 characters, enough for a title and a year, or a category. Team sets with individual names

A competition team, a youth squad or the coaches: everyone gets the same design with their own name, and a number if you like. Companies order team sets the same way: for Guidon Groep we made rackets on which every employee had the company logo and their own name. For a club team the process is identical.

Club logo on the face, sponsor on the side

Many clubs have a sponsor who wants to be visible. A split that works: the club logo large on the face, the sponsor on the side. In the designer (step 3, Side) the side holds one line of text of up to 60 characters, one or more logos or photos, and its own colour. A second logo on the face, next to the club logo, is also possible.

Two practical points. The side is a narrow strip, so a wide wordmark reads better there than a square emblem. And agree with the sponsor that their logo may be used; you can also ask them to contribute to the order in return for the space. Because business prices are Full Custom, the side costs nothing extra.

What exactly do you get?

Every racket in an order is the same base racket: a 3K carbon face, an EVA foam core and a weight of around 360 grams. The design is not printed into the material. It is a full colour sticker with UV-resistant print, applied in our workshop in the Netherlands and finished with a protective layer. You get 12 months of warranty on production faults.
