Christmas gifts for employees who play padel

December brings the Christmas party, the hamper and the card from the managing director. Does a group in your company play padel together, on a Thursday after work, at lunchtime or in a corporate league? Who is a padel gift right for?

Only people who play. It sounds obvious, but it is the question that matters most. A cover or racket works for a team where (nearly) everyone plays, for the padel group inside a larger company, or for the staff of a padel club. For colleagues who never set foot on a court, it is not a good Christmas gift. It ends up in a cupboard.

• The whole team plays: a racket with the logo and their own name for everyone, with a cover if you like.
• Part of the team plays: give the padel group a cover or a racket, and everyone else the usual gift.
• Someone already has a good racket: the cover is the better gift. Or our racket becomes a second racket, for friendly games or to lend out.

What do covers and rackets with your logo cost?

Prices per piece are fixed and depend only on the quantity:

All prices per piece, excluding VAT and delivery. The racket is Full Custom: your design on the face and on the side. Each person’s name costs nothing extra. Covers and rackets are counted separately, so you can order only covers or only rackets. Under 5 pieces the standard prices apply, including VAT: €35 for a cover with a design, €99.99 for a racket with a personalised face and €119.99 with face and side.

What does it cost per person?

Three examples, excluding VAT and delivery:

• A team of 15 that plays every week: 15 covers at €24 is €360, so €24 a head.
• The same team with rackets: 15 rackets at €89 is €1,335. With a cover each, it comes to €113 a head, €1,695 in total.
• A company with 50 players across its departments: 50 covers at €15 is €750.

Set that against your budget per head. The cover is the smaller gift and the racket the bigger one, for a company anniversary or a small team, for example.

How do you add the logo and each name?

1. Open the business designer through request a quote and design one racket with your logo and a sample name. You see it in 3D straight away. Upload the logo as a PNG, JPG or SVG.
2. Enter the quantity, tick covers with logo if you want them, and send the list of names with your request.
3. Each name goes in the same place as the sample name in your design. Check the spelling carefully: we use the list exactly as it is.
4. You approve the quote, and then production starts.
5. The whole order is delivered to one address, such as your office, so you can hand everything out at the Christmas party.

Every cover gets the same logo. A name on each cover is only possible by arrangement: mention it in your request and we will tell you what can be done.

When do you need to order for Christmas?

Approve the quote by Wednesday 11 November 2026. Business orders take 7 to 14 working days of production, depending on the quantity, and then we ship. That leaves room before the Christmas party and the last working day before the holidays. This is advice, not a delivery guarantee.

• Fewer than 5 pieces? Then simply order in the designer: up to 7 working days of production, delivered within 10 working days. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 9 December.
• Later than 11 November? Email us at info@customyourpadel.nl before you order.

Can you order from Ireland or the UK?

Yes. Ireland is in the EU, so delivery there works the same way as anywhere else in the EU. The UK is outside the EU: the parcel goes through customs, and import charges can apply for the recipient. If you are ordering for a team in the UK, email us before you request a quote, so we can plan the delivery with you.

What exactly does your team get?

• The racket: round, with a 100% carbon face and an EVA core, about 360 grams. For recreational players, from beginner to intermediate. Not a replacement for an advanced player’s match racket.
• The design: a full colour sticker with UV protection and a protective layer. 12 months’ warranty, even if the sticker comes loose.
• The cover: a black premium cover with a carbon look and a shoulder strap. It fits any standard padel racket, so also a racket someone already owns. The logo goes on as a sticker; a background colour or large colour area is not possible.
• Origin: the racket comes from Asia. We personalise it in our workshop in the Netherlands.
• Checks: we review every design before production and only get in touch if something is not right, such as a logo with too low a resolution.
• Tax: how a staff gift is treated for tax is a question for your accountant. We do not give tax advice.

Does every employee get their own name?
