Corporate Christmas gift: padel rackets instead of a hamper
A hamper is eaten before the new year starts. A custom padel racket with your company logo and the recipient’s own name is still going out on court in June. Business prices start at €99 each ex VAT from 5 rackets, and an order approved by Wednesday 11 November 2026 is with you in early December.

The end of the year is when most companies thank their staff and their clients. Usually with a hamper. Pleasant for one evening, and three weeks later nobody remembers which supplier sent which box. A custom padel racket is the opposite of a consumable: from January onwards it goes out onto the court every week, with your logo on it.
What a hamper does, and what a racket does
A hamper is identical for everyone who receives one. A racket with a company logo and the recipient’s name was made for one person, and that difference in attention gets noticed, particularly by clients who have seen ten near-identical boxes arrive from other suppliers in the same fortnight.
There is a second difference. A hamper is consumed once. A racket stays visible: to the recipient, to the three other people on court and to whoever is waiting for the next slot. The reasoning behind that, in more detail, is in corporate padel gift: 5 reasons it actually works.
What it costs
Tiered prices for Full Custom rackets, face and side printed, ex VAT:
- From 5 rackets: €99 each
- From 10 rackets: €89 each
- From 25 rackets: €79 each
- From 50 rackets: €74 each
- 100 rackets or more: individual quote
A run of 25 rackets therefore comes to €1,975 ex VAT, with individual names included. DHL shipping is charged per country and added separately. We do not run seasonal discounts or end-of-year promotions: the price in the table is the price in December as much as in March.
Who it works for
For staff you want to thank for the year, for key accounts where a standard corporate gift disappears among nine others, or for a single team you want to equip in one go. It works best in companies where padel is already part of the culture, or where you know a decent share of the recipients play. That is worth a quick check before you commit, because a racket given to someone who has never been on court is a dead gift.
If the aim is the team rather than the client list, padel team building with custom rackets covers that angle. For the practical side of putting a logo on a racket, including file formats and how a logo behaves on a curved face, see padel racket with a logo for businesses and teams.
The November timetable
Business orders take 7 to 14 working days of production, with larger quantities at the upper end, and DHL shipping after that. Add a week of internal margin for approval of the design and for the list of names to come back from whoever is keeping it, and approve the quote by Wednesday 11 November 2026 for a handover in December. Working backwards from the date you want to give them out:
- Early November: mock up a design and request a quote.
- By Wednesday 11 November: approve the quote and send the list of names.
- Mid November to early December: production and DHL shipping.
We check every design before production and only come back to you if something is unclear, so there is no separate proof approval step holding up the schedule.
Invoicing and delivery
You receive one invoice for the whole order. Companies in the EU with a valid VAT number get the VAT reverse-charged. Shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other non-EU destinations clear customs on arrival, where DHL asks for import duties and local VAT before delivery. Allow a few extra days for that if the rackets are going outside the EU.
How to request a quote
Mock up one racket in the designer with your logo and your house colours, which takes about ten minutes, then request a quote through our business page with the quantity, the date you need them and the list of names if you have it. We come back with a firm price per racket and a delivery schedule counted back from your date.
